The final day of the first ever Kings AFC season...

What a brilliant day we have had.

The perfect conclusion to Kings AFC’s first ever season. I’m so pleased that so many people came to spend the evening with us to celebrate and enjoy what has been a thoroughly enjoyable year.

We had many fun games with many players involved, and I am sure you will enjoy looking at the pictures below of some of the rounds. We also hope to have some video footage online soon for you to view also.

Then there was the awards and the big news that Steve Wilson, will not be carrying on as Kings manager next season, but stepping down after a season at the helm.

The awards went as follows:

Miss of the Season – Stuart Minty

Special Awards: Lee Morgan, Matt Fordham and Euan Crane

Manager’s Player of the Season – Daniel Brodier
Player of the Season – Second Runner Up – Nathan Clements
Player of the Season – First Runner Up – Michael Whelan
Player of the Season – Marcus Tomlin
