Favourite Football Club: Chelsea and Kings AFC
Favourite Food: Spaghetti Bolognaise

1. What is the thing you like most about Kings AFC?
The guys, every single one of them are cracking guys, fun to be around and a good laugh.
2. The gaffer has played you in a number of positions already this season, which have you enjoyed the most and where do you feel you are most effective?
Well, I’ve been very effective in goal, when the ball is in the other half of the pitch, I’ve played well at right back and right midfield and scored from both positions. I don’t really care where I play, I just love football. Though it is a bit intimidating playing in goal compared to Dave Sansom coz he’s just amazing!
3. Rumours have it that you are a closet barn dancer – could you shed some light on the matter?
I’m not ashamed to say I do enjoy the occasional barn dance, ‘swing your partner round to the side’ and all that! It’s a blast, not to be mocked until you’ve tried it!
4. If you could play football for any football club who would it be and why?
Chelsea, would love to play along side Frank Lampard, (my footballing hero) and John Terry. I’ve supported them since forever (had to get that in so you know I’m not a glory supporter)
5. Which player or players have you enjoyed playing alongside most this season and why?
Well seeing that I’ve played in most positions I feel well equipped to answer! Marcus is a fantastic player and its great to watch him terrorising defenders. The other person would be Mark Loosemore, he’s solid, good in the tackle and in the air and crosses well!
6. Do you have any life ambitions?
To live and work in France at some point, be a great husband and a great dad!
7. How do you feel you have settled into your new club?
Really well, everyone has made me feel so welcome, its just great to play along side you guys!
8. Do you have a special message for the Kings AFC fans out there?
I’d like to pay special tribute to Roydon Loveley who watches all our home matches in the ‘Directors Box’ and gets served tea and cakes at half time by the family who live next to the pitch! And to my folks who live in France who wait with baited breath for the match report each week. They are definitely the ‘best international supporters’!
Manager’s comments:
It’s an absolute delight to have someone with Dan’s kind nature, ability and enthusiasm in this team, and I’m really pleased that his significant contribution to our form so far this season has been recognised. Dan has been pushed all over the pitch and yet in each different position I have asked him to slot into he has done it with complete ease and looked as though he has been playing there for years. A cracking lad to have on the pitch and in the dressing room. Well done Dan.
