Half time score: 0-0

Kings took on basement side Lidlington wanting to stamp their authority on the game early on, and despite their obvious superiority in skill, fitness and pace struggled to make any real opportunities for themselves during the first period.
The formation which had worked so well the previous week, failed to yield the same attacking threat, particularly with Morgan and Haywood seemingly trying to occupy the same space with Minty and Sacbuker holding the centre.
The Lidlington defence cracked during the second period when a couple of personnel and tactical changes brought move life to the side and allowed Marcus Tomlin opportunities to get his name on the score sheet for a hat-trick.
It is fair to say Dave Sansom in the Kings goal didn’t touch the ball!
